Have you attended a Paperwork and Funding Workshop? Is your child a client of TVCC? Do you still need some help filling out your funding applications?

Sign up for a 1 on 1 ACSD (Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities) consultation to go through the funding application step-by-step with the Family Support and Funding Facilitator from TVCC.

You will receive an email before your appointment with the information or documents you will need to bring to your appointment for the funding form that you indicate. We cannot complete the funding forms without all of the information listed. If you do not have all of the information you are told to bring, please let us know and we will help you find it and/or rebook your appointment.
